The Pole Dancing Academy in Corfe Mullen is introducing weekend classes from 6.30 am - 9 pm. Special summer prices from 6.30 am - 8.30 am, see below.
Chloe Bates will be teaching these classes.
Why should I try Pole exercise?
Pole dancing exercise is great for toning up muscles you probably didn't know you even had and you'll burn up calories at the same time. It makes a lovely change from the gym and is great for building strength, toning up muscles and losing weight.
What should I wear?
Just wear t shirt and leggings (or shorts) and bring a bottle of water (to drink). Trainers are ideal or you can have bare feet.
What will the class be like?
The classes are individual and private and you can bring a friend if you'd like.
Each lesson will start with a few warming up exercises and end with a few cooling down exercises. Basic Pole Moves will be taught and we will go at the pace that suits you.
Where are the classes?
The classes are held in Corfe Mullen - approx 15 minutes from Poole and 30 minutes from Bournemouth.
Do I need to be very strong?
Anyone can do pole exercise and it will help improve your upper body strength. However if you would like to help it along why not book a 15 minute weight session before your pole lesson for only an extra £2.50 per person.
This session will include simultaneous dumb bell curves, lateral lifts and front arm raise.
Please mention when booking if you'd like the extra 15 mins.
Don't worry though, plenty of pole exercise can be done without any weight training.
16 stone is the maximum weight the pole can hold.
What do the Pole Dancing Lessons cost?
30 minute lessons are £12 (first lesson only £10.
Book 5 x 30 minute private lessons for only £49 (would normally cost £58). Pay for all 5 lessons at the end of the first lesson (if you decide you don't want any more just pay for the first lesson).
