Weekend and early weekday Classes

The Pole Dancing Academy in Corfe Mullen is introducing weekend pole dancing exercise classes for complete beginners from 6.30 am - 9 pm and also some weekdays from 6.30am - 5 pm.
Chloe Bates will be teaching these classes.

Why should I come to a pole exercise session?

Pole dancing exercise is great for toning up muscles you probably didn't know you even had and you'll burn up calories at the same time.

It makes a lovely change from the gym and is great for building strength, toning up muscles and losing weight.


What should I wear?

Just wear t shirt and leggings (or shorts) and bring a bottle of water (to drink). Trainers are ideal or you can have bare feet.


What will the class be like?

The classes are individual and private and you can bring a friend if you'd like.

These lessons are aimed at the complete beginner - those people who would secretly love a go but think they couldn't do it and will include just 5 minutes of light weights to help you build your upper body strength, We will go at the pace that suits you.


Where are the classes?

The classes are held in Corfe Mullen - approx 15 minutes from Poole and 30 minutes from Bournemouth.


What do the sessions cost?

30 minute sessions cost £12 (first lesson £10) and if you come with a friend just split the cost.

Pay for 5 lessons at the end of the first lesson and get 5 lessons for only £49
