Lessons take place 7 days a week from 7am - 10pm

If you come to a pole dance class you will use muscles you didn't know you had, you will burn calories and tone up your body. Start now and you'll be the envy of all your friends in the summer!

All lessons are tailored to fit the client so don't worry if you think you're not strong enough or fit enough.

The Pole Dancing Academy is run by Steph Bates who has been teaching fitness and exercise for many years and she is also a performer with the Circus of Horrors where she performs pole, silks and iron jaw.

While Steph is away touring with the Circus of Horrors (until the end of March 2012), her sister, Chloe will continue to teach beginners as usual. Chloe is also a qualified tennis coach, spray tan technician and waxing technician.

Here at the Pole Dancing Academy we only teach private individual pole dancing lessons although you can share with a friend if you'd like to.

If you're fed up with the gym try pole exercise.

There is no pressure to book lessons weekly. Come once a fortnight or even once a month or just have a one off lesson to give it a try.
