These boot camp sessions are completely private one to one unless you decide to share with a friend, in which case you share the cost.
Come and burn plenty of calories and tone up at the same time. It can help with weight loss and you should gain increased energy.

What do you do?
These are 40 minute sessions to include weight training, abs and bums and basic pole work.
Squats, lunges, pull ups, sit ups, donkey kicks, press ups, gym ball, weights, exercise band and medicine ball can all be used but will not all be used every session.
Each session will start with stretching and end with stretching.
As most ladies want to look toned (and not too muscular) we only use light weights although heavier weights are available if required.
Where are they held?
These 40 minute sessions are held in Corfe Mullen which is approx 20 minutes form Poole and 35 minutes from Bournemouth.
When are they and what does it cost?
£14 per 40 minute session.
If there are two of you just split the cost.
Book and pay for 5 in advance (at the end of the 1st session) and pay £65
Available 7 days a week
6 am - 11 pm.
How many sessions will I need?
You can come for just one session or are many as you like.
As these sessions are private it allows us to alter these sessions to your individual needs and therefore they are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Who are they for?
They are held in a friendly girlie studio in Corfe Mullen and make a nice change from the gym.
Size and age doesn't matter and are suitable for 16 years plus or younger if accompanied by a parent.
