It took a very long time to find my Dorothy Shoes and I was beginning to think it wouldn't be possible!

Then my sister - Chloe - came up with the answer.

They are very hardwearing and it takes a lot of mis-use for any of the sequins to fall off.

Mine have been on playground duty, walked around fetes and even survived a very muddy encounter when my car got stuck in the mud in a little village in Wimborne, Dorset and had to be pulled out by a tractor!

If you would like to create your own shoes for yourself or your daughter you can now purchase the instructions which have been written down step by step.

Chloe has now written down step by step instructions with photos and drawings to explain how any one can create a pair of these shoes.

These instructions are not available anywhere else and as I'm sure you're already aware it's almost impossible to buy a pair of Ruby Dorothy Shoes.

Payment is by paypal but you don't need a paypal account to pay. You can pay in most currencies (paypal will automatically convert).

There's nothing more satisfying or exciting than watching your own Dorothy Shoes emerge! I'm still amazed by the results and Chloe has covered about one hundred pairs of all shapes and sizes.

You can now cover your own shoes (satin shoes are best but suede shoes can be covered. This means that you can find a comfortable pair of shoes that you know are a perfect fit.

If you haven't got a pair at the moment, you can still purchase the instructions so you can start as soon as you find that magical pair of shoes.

It only takes about 4 hours to create a pair (and a lot of this time is spent waiting for glue to dry).

Once created these shoes can withstand normal use.
